Rockford IT offers Ongoing Support for WatchGuard appliances, should customers wish to purchase a WatchGuard firebox or other appliance but require help with its configuration and ongoing requirements, or a Complete Managed Solution if customers prefer the peace of mind that the provision and entire management of the solution can be dealt with externally.

Ongoing Support
Rockford IT offers Ongoing Support for customers that prefer to purchase a WatchGuard appliance themselves, but require help with its support, such as its initial configuration and ongoing changes or any issues that occur. Features of the ongoing support service include:
- An option of 12 hour support (07:30-19:30 Monday-Friday) or a 24 hour support service (including weekends and bank holidays) for those that require support out of normal working hours - A service that many of Rockford's competitors do not offer.
- Guaranteed next day onsite hardware replacement (or same day where logistics allow)
- Unlimited policy change requests
- IPSec and Remote User VPN support and setup
- Software updates
- Hot fixes and Patches applied
- A single fixed monthly fee provides entire support of the appliance

Managed Solution
Unlike most Internet security companies Rockford offers a Complete Managed Solution for ultimate peace of mind. A managed solution typically includes the supply of the product, so customers do not need to purchase the hardware or ongoing subscriptions and ultimately avoids large up-front costs and annual renewals. A single monthly fee provides and manages the entire solution. Rockford can also take on the management of existing customer owned equipment. Just some of the service features include:
